1. Aceptación

Al usar Diviit, operada por María José Suárez y Mathías López bajo el nombre comercial Morsasoftware, aceptás estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.

2. El servicio

Diviit te ayuda a registrar y dividir gastos entre los miembros de un grupo y a calcular quién le debe cuánto a quién. La información mostrada es orientativa: es una herramienta de cálculo entre personas que confían entre sí, no un acuerdo vinculante. No actuamos como árbitros del grupo.

La App es gratuita y se sostiene mostrando publicidad de terceros (Google AdMob). No somos responsables del contenido de los anuncios ni de los sitios o productos de terceros que estos enlacen.

3. La App no mueve dinero

Diviit no procesa, retiene ni transfiere dinero y no es una entidad financiera ni de pagos. Los datos bancarios que cargues son solo una referencia informativa para coordinar pagos entre personas. Las transferencias reales las hacés vos por fuera de la App, bajo tu exclusiva responsabilidad. No garantizamos la exactitud de los datos cargados por los usuarios: antes de transferir, verificá por tus propios medios que la cuenta de destino sea la correcta.

4. Tu responsabilidad

Usar la App conforme a la ley y de buena fe.
La veracidad de los gastos, montos y datos que cargás.
Coordinar y ejecutar los pagos reales entre los miembros.
No usar la App para fines ilícitos ni para vulnerar derechos de terceros.

5. Cuentas e inicio de sesión

Al empezar elegís cómo entrar: iniciar sesión con Google o Apple, o tocar "Continuar sin cuenta" para usar una cuenta anónima por dispositivo (sin email ni contraseña). Iniciar sesión vincula tu cuenta a una identidad permanente y conserva tus datos al cambiar de dispositivo. Sos responsable de la actividad realizada desde tu cuenta. Podés eliminarla en cualquier momento (ver Eliminación de Cuenta).

6. Enlace de invitación

Para sumar personas a un evento se comparte un enlace de invitación. Tratá ese enlace como una llave de acceso: cualquiera que lo tenga puede unirse al evento y ver y editar sus gastos. Compartilo únicamente con las personas que forman parte del grupo y no lo publiques en redes sociales, foros ni lugares públicos. No somos responsables del uso que vos o los miembros del grupo hagan del enlace.

7. Propiedad intelectual

La App, el nombre Diviit, su logo y todo su contenido son propiedad de sus titulares y están protegidos por la ley. Podés usar la App para su finalidad prevista, pero no podés copiarla, revenderla, explotarla comercialmente ni quitar o modificar sus elementos (incluida la publicidad).

8. Sin garantías

La App se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que esté libre de errores ni que los cálculos sean aptos para un fin particular.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, María José Suárez y Mathías López (Morsasoftware) no serán responsables por daños indirectos, pérdidas de dinero derivadas de transferencias entre usuarios, ni por decisiones tomadas en base a la información de la App.

10. Cambios y terminación

Podemos modificar o discontinuar la App y actualizar estos Términos. El uso continuado implica la aceptación de los cambios.

11. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Uruguay, sin perjuicio de tus derechos como consumidor.

1. Acceptance

By using Diviit, operated by María José Suárez and Mathías López under the trade name Morsasoftware, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

Diviit helps you record and split expenses among the members of a group and compute who owes whom. The information shown is for guidance only: it is a calculation tool between people who trust each other, not a binding agreement. We do not act as an arbitrator within your group.

The App is free and supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of the ads or for any third-party sites or products they link to.

3. The App does not move money

Diviit does not process, hold or transfer money and is not a financial or payment institution. Any bank details you add are only an informational reference to help coordinate payments between people. Actual transfers are made by you outside the App, under your sole responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data entered by users: before transferring, verify by your own means that the destination account is correct.

4. Your responsibility

Use the App lawfully and in good faith.
The accuracy of the expenses, amounts and data you enter.
Coordinating and executing the actual payments between members.
Not using the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.

5. Accounts and sign-in

When you start, you choose how to enter: sign in with Google or Apple, or tap "Continue without account" to use an anonymous per-device account (no email or password). Signing in links your account to a permanent identity and keeps your data when you switch devices. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. You can delete it at any time (see Account Deletion).

6. Invitation link

To add people to an event you share an invitation link. Treat that link as an access key: anyone who has it can join the event and view and edit its expenses. Share it only with the people in the group and do not post it on social media, forums or other public places. We are not responsible for the use you or your group members make of the link.

7. Intellectual property

The App, the Diviit name, its logo and all of its content belong to their owners and are protected by law. You may use the App for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell, commercially exploit, or remove or modify its elements (including the advertising).

8. No warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it is error-free or that calculations are fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, María José Suárez and Mathías López (Morsasoftware) shall not be liable for indirect damages, money lost in transfers between users, or decisions made based on the App's information.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the App and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
